So, what's the deal?

My name is Kate Taylor, and I'm the founder of KATE TAYLOR, INTL. KTI, as we like to call it, is a 15+ year old business that has worked with private styling clients around the world, created and implemented training programs for personal fashion stylists at all levels, hosted world-wide events for high-earning entrepreneurs, and currently runs one of the best membership programs for stylists in the country! Beyond my work in fashion, I also have extensive training in communication, inter-personal relations, and negotiation (including my Masters Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication/Entrepreneurial Communication). Not to mention I am a growth junkie! I've spent years working with business mentors and invested multiple 6 figures inside of specialized training programs on everything you can think of including mindset, wealth consciousness, management and team building, and leadership.

I decided to launch this brand new program, SUCCESS PRODIGY, because I have seen so many amazing people over the years who feel like they've hit a number (in income, rates, or role) that they can't seem to move past....no matter how good they get at the actual work. It's not external factors, like the market or timing or the industry, it's four skills nobody ever taught them and once you have them, that ceiling stops being a ceiling.

Success Prodigy will draw on my extensive background and training in many modalities, plus my own personal learning as a CEO and entrepreneur. The program is influenced and informed by other areas you've maybe heard of: Neurolinguistic Programming, Organizational and Corporate Communication, Entrepreneurial Communication, Neuroscience, Hermetic Principles, Universal Laws, and numerous other inter-personal modalities.  

I've designed Success Prodigy for high-achievers who are quietly under-earning, under-negotiating, or under-heard relative to their actual skill or seniority — and who suspect (correctly) that it's not a skills gap, it's a presence gap. They've done the mindset work. They've read the books. They still flinch, over-explain, undercharge, or leave the room without what they came for.

Who is this for?

Great question! Typically my past offerings have been geared towards stylists who own their own businesses, however this program’s ideal student is not defined by profession, age, or even business ownership. This is for people who are quietly under-earning or under-negotiating or under-noticed. You know you’re not under-skilled, but you are under-recognized. This is for anyone who is tired of being the most capable person in the room but the least recognized. If you want to close the gap between what you’re worth and what you’re getting, Success Prodigy is for you.  

What will I get out of this program?

In Success Prodigy you will become incredibly good at navigating. You won't just master new communication skills, or become clear on making money. You won't only gain more understanding on the importance of your mindset and how to harness it's power, and you won't only be clear on how to negotiate with bosses, team members, and other people in your life. You will learn all of that, but most importantly you'll learn to navigate people. Navigate yourself. Navigate money. Navigate opportunity. Through Success Prodigy you will learn to navigate all of the moments that matter.

What makes you an expert in this area?

Since I started my own business 15 years ago, I've worked with business mentors and invested multiple 6 figures inside of specialized training programs on everything you can think of including mindset, wealth consciousness, management and team building, and leadership. In addition to that, I hold a specialized Masters Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication/Entrepreneurial Communication. In my personal life, outside of business, I have also attended years worth of trainings by many internationally recognized groups on topics including leadership, communication, interpersonal dynamics, and personal growth.

When are the live calls?

The program will officially begin on October 1st, with our Welcome Call happening that day! Then we will have one call per month October - January (10/15, 11/5, 12/10, and 1/7). At the end of the program on January 28th we'll have our final wrap up call as a group. If you can't join any of the calls live you don't need to worry, everything will be recorded and uploaded to our online portal so that you can access at any time.

Is there a payment plan option?

YES! You can pay in full OR at check out choose to pay via payment plan.

Are the books we'll be reading included in the price of the program?

They are not. Students are responsible for purchasing or securing their own copies of the books we will reference during the program. Most of these books are available at a range of prices at online stores (like ThriftBooks or Amazon) and many can be accessed from your local library! There are also digital versions available of the titles we'll be reading, if you are an eBook person - or Audible versions if you prefer to listen.
